I am a qualified professional therapist with University level qualifications in personal development, mentoring and stress management. I am also an advanced level Clinical Hypnotherapist with supplementary certificates including IBS. I am based in Gloucestershire and provide my one-to-one services throughout that county and beyond. I have advanced skills in many specialist therapies including cognitive therapies, creative visualisation, past-life therapy and clinical hypnotherapy and I am registered on the National Hypnotherapy Register.

 

I usually provide my one-to-one personal services via home visits. (I provide a private, confidential and discreet professional service. Clients include international celebrities and senior professionals.)

 

 

Clinics

Sleep, anxiety, anger, exam stress, memory or relationship management clinics can be organised on demand and at different locations nationally subject to sufficient numbers and costs. Regular lunchtime or ‘twilight’ clinics for school staff can be arranged.

 

These clinics can also be used as a stress risk minimisation measure as part of a employee stress risk management program.

 

 

Corporate

In association with a number of other highly qualified associates and consultants I also provide organisational health, safety and stress management consultancy services to a number of organisations including police authorities and the MOD. I am a senior associate with Corbiere Consultants (www.the-stress.co.uk) and in association with other professional consultants provide a national service to support employers who are seeking to reduce / minimise stress risk stress, train employees to cope with pressure without becoming stressed and undertake stress risk assessments in accordance with the HSE stress management standards and MHSWR legal requirements.

 

 

Training

I am an experienced accredited trainer and able to provide training up to University post-graduate level.

I undertake training needs analysis, 360 degree assessments, learning needs development and design training programs.

I provide the lead in many corporate seminars, workshops and training events including motivational training, compliance training and management performance training.
